Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, GetSerial cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Delayed Shipments
